Daniel is the chief counsel in the firm and is Chief Trial Counsel in all Court cases. He has an honors
BAA degree (magna cum laude) in business administration and accounting.
He has a JD (doctorate) in law and is licensed to practice in the State of New York since 1980.
Daniel has been appointed by the Chief Judge to be an Arbitrator for District Court cases. He has preseided over 500 cases. He
has the distinction to have created State law at the Appellate level which is followed and cited by Judges and lawyers.
